This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Sep 16, 2018. We live at 58 Bishop St. The photo the vacant land of 60 Bishop St. The land has been filled with water as per photo for the previous 2-3 weeks. Nothing has appeared to be done to rectify the land. I am worried it will become a health hazard as a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
