Contractors putting no traffic management in place. Dangerous for pedestrians. I was trapped with a stroller. Digger blocking getting around the destroyed footpath. Equipment blocking footpath. Disabled people, elderly with mobility scooters and mothers with prams use this footpath alongside children and other community members
