Reported Tuesday, 3 September 2024 at 7:41 am, 21 Martin Avenue, Beckenham, Christchurch, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Roadworks has the road covered in mud. Private vehicles covered in mud and tracking up driveways. Supposed to be resealing but the material left doesn't look like proper subgrade for sealing.
