The reporter’s words

Hi CCC, I appreciate the return of the unchlorinated water refill station. However, the current setup makes it difficult for elderly (who I met whilst I was refilling my bottles) and disabled individuals (am a care worker) to refill their jerry cans due to the constant pressure required on the aquafill button. I understand the design aims to avoid wastage, but I believe there are better solutions. I hope this can be looked into further. Thanks.
