Re road closures at Creyke/Clyde/Kotare. Why is right turn lane out of Kotare into Clyde closed. Cars still turning right block through traffic into Creyke especially at 3pm. This causes a back up in Kotare St over Puriri St where southbound traffic are trying to turn into. Matters get worse when pedestrian actives red arrow is on. People get tooted at by through traffic but they have nowhere to go and panic. I can see an accident about to happen!
