Porsche EV regularly parked on the public roadway with charging cable across footpath at night. This is a hazard to the visually impaired or those with reduced mobility. Cable appears to be coming out of one of the garages at 73 Springfield Road. Photo taken last week. Car was charging when I cycled past tonight and last night.
