More regarding rubbishy dropped in Governors bay dyers pass road as there are at least three seperate sites where rubbish has been dropped on side of road on the road between sign of kiwi and Gov bay. Toyota wagon behaving suspiciously drive up and down road with two young women appearing to be looking for somewhere to drop rubbish. Rego no Bep137.
