Reported Monday, 23 September 2024 at 10:43 am, 66 Factory Road, Belfast, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Factory road is now used by walkers and cyclists as it goes to the underpass and walkways. But the pavement is uneven and loose gravel. Can this be asphalt?
