The reporter’s words
Re Temporary Traffic Management Sign for temp bus stop at HEB site on Carlton Mill Road is facing the road and unreadable from the footpath. Reading it and seeing directional arrow requires stepping onto the carriageway. Sign being parallel to kerb means 2 stand legs are creating an unmarked trip hazard for pedestrians (there is a cone placed next to it on the kerb, which only identifies the hazard for peds stepping onto the carriageway to read the sign). Set up from truck, not footpath!!!
