I am writing to report my concerns for my hedge. A man from the area has taken it upon himself to try and ‘improve’ the appearance of Merivale reserve however in the process he is killing my hedge. He has been spoken to but isn’t concerned for my hedge. He has done a lot of work in Merivale reserve and a lot of plantings and I have supported his actions but now for reasons unknown to myself he is killing my hedge and creating an eyesore. I’m not sure how to progress or seek redress, I don’t know his name but he is approximately 70 and walks 4 dogs.
