The reporter’s words
We’ve been watching this tree since moving to this property nearly three years ago. Each year the new growth becomes less, the tree is covered in lichen, and branches are constantly falling from the tree. The falling branches cause danger for our family and those on the footpath walking past. While the branches in the photo are quite small, larger branches are often falling. It seems this tree is unhealthy or dying. As we believe this tree is not on our land, we are requesting CCC investigation.
