The reporter’s words

The road is being blocked by the trees growing over the street. The ground has been allowed to extend onto the road for years, you can no longer see the gutter. This makes traffic coming down the hill cross the Centre line. Large trucks also cross the line as they would otherwise hit the trees. It would improve safety on the hill greatly if this was addressed please
