ILLEGAL FENCE HEIGHT: A newly constructed residential fence spanning the front of a residential property facing the road exceeds the legal allowable height of 1.8m. The new fence compromises the aesthetics of the neighborhood, and is unlawful. 180 Huxley Street, Sydenham, Christchurch.
