Leaking sluice valve off the 550 water main. Valve not closing or opening, seized, needs repair and valve fully closing as it's flooding our work area for a new dn1800 stormwater pipeline. This valve is part of of our work scope and hooks up into our new line as a scour valve. Needs sorting asap please!
