The reporter’s words
Hello. Can you please supply me with some advise as we don’t get on with our neighbours and we would like to do things the right way. We have a plant growing over our fence and it wrecking our side. We try and pull it off but it sticks and is very over grown. Can you please let me know what the right way to deal with this. Thanks
