Reported Wednesday, 17 October 2018 at 2:30 pm, Annex Road, Middleton, 8024, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
A seat has disappeared from beside Annex Road overlooking the Heathcote River The fastenings that come up out of the concrete that secured the seat are a safety hazard It may be that the seat was stolen and that you are intending to replace it using the same system? However if the seat isn’t to be replaced then these fixings need to be removed
