Footpath Blocked Temporary traffic management associated with a building site on Farrington Ave opposite Hornsby St has blocked the footpath with cones. No signs present indicating peds should cross before/after the blockage. Only option is to barge through the cones… More than happy to apply this philosophy to ANY cones at ANY TTM site…
