Loading bay signs are disorientated. The signage is also confusing "P5 Loading Zone". People are assuming it is a P5 and park in the loading bay while they pop into retail shops. I am a delivery driver who delivers to shops in this mall often and need to unload up to 1.5 tonnes of produce. Can you please change signage to just say "Loading Zone". This will remove confusion over a 5 minute public park, and my deliveries can take up to 1 hour.
