The reporter’s words

For many months, if not years, there has been a leak flowing up from the gutter outfall. See photo. That it has been many months is evident from the slime growth over the gutter for about 90 metres. The water is fresh, not rainwater. It is from the water mains, and a gross waste. Ratepayers pay for water, yet CCC waste it month after month with no consequence. Also, as the drain is constantly full, it cannot collect and disperse uphill water that flows to it. Please resolve!
