This is at our water tap on the street that enters our property. I sent info about this about 2 months ago and got this reply Kia ora, Water Leak, H04581081 has been completed. Thanks, Christchurch City Council. *Do not reply* It has not been fixed and it doesn’t even look like the tap or connecting pipes were touched as they are still covered in dirt. The job was never attempted I can’t put my email address in the info box so here it is Donandkim53@gmail.com
