The reporter’s words

In the very original plans for this subdivision there was a site marked for a footpath to join onto Cashmere road. This got removed in subsequent plans. Clearly there is still a need for access as this is a well worn path through a vacant section and across the wire fence. The site where the original path was located also has not been built on so the is still oportunity for council to intervene and install the footpath
