Hi Have previously sent snap and send but the issues still persist. Halswell common reserve. Lawns to long again. Gardens full of grass. We want a beautiful neighbourhood and this is what our covenant promised but it's not being delivered. I pay alot in rates, so I expect to see to the reserve good looking for my money
