The berm in front of 32 Watford Street is in an untidy state - the ground level is uneven (lower in places) and there are patches of bare soil where the grass has died off. It needs a top up of soil to relevel it. The damage occurred while the adjacent property was vacant for two years due to stalled earthquake repairs. The owners are elderly and unable to relevel the berm themselves but are happy to water it while grass seed is established.
