The reporter’s words
This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Oct 24, 2018. The cliff track between Koromiko Cres (bamboo) and Godley House Walkway (access between Ranui Crescent and the Fire Station) is so overgrown with grass, trees and shrubs and part of the track has fallen away and is so narrow that it’s dangerous to walk on. I try and walk the track two to three times a week and consider myself an ‘all terrain’ walker but even I find the track difficult to walk, in some places crawl As the Banks Peninsula walking festival is approaching it would be in your interest to get this section of the track maintained ASAP. It is a risk to the public’s health and safety when it should be improving health and well being. Please contact me if you would like me to show you the section of the track needing immediate attention Kind regards Emma Kinnings
