Fallen Tree
Reported Friday, 1 November 2024 at 2:13 pm, 33A Thornycroft Street, Fendalton, Christchurch 8052, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
A large branch fallen of one of the very large eucalyptus trees is the Waiwetu Reserve. These trees are dangerous and in danger of failing as per the huge one that upturned last October. The council told me the other 2-3 remaining ones would be scheduled to be removed but no result in a year and the summer nor west winds are back again. They remain extremely dangerous to park users and those of us who reside in properties next to them. Could someome contact me to discuss the plan? Thanks Julie
