The reporter’s words
This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Oct 22, 2018. This is a Council reserve on the corner of Waipapa Avenue and Te Ra Crescent in Diamond Harbour. As you can see from the photo it is horribly overgrown. Locals mow a path through it so it can be used. For at least the last two summers it gets mowed maybe twice, but for the most part is neglected and is an eyesore. Cars park on the verges and as the grass is so long it is only a matter of time before a hot exhaust sets fire to it. Why is this park not in the mowing roster? It needs to be mowed now!
