The reporter’s words
Safety issue. Line of sight of oncoming traffic is obscured by tree branch foliage hanging down to meet agapanthus underneath. Cannot easily see cars coming around roundabout when sitting at Harewood Rd heading west near Farrington Ave, particularly if in turning lane to Highsted. The ends of some low hanging tree branches just need shortening a bit to give a better view of oncoming traffic.
