Man sleeping in car, car is not self contained at all. Car stays up to 2-3 days car does not leave after 9.30am and can stay all day. Been doing this for 6 months but frequency increases / sleeping in the exact same carpark spot. Not self contained, person urinates and vomits on footpath often. Person drinks alcohol parked in the vehicle and leaves broken glass. Sleeping outside residential home very close to driveway
