The reporter’s words

The Cashmrre View Park has always been kept tidy and welcoming. As Coordinator of the Residents Association, I am getting complaints about our park, which is now in a dire state. The grass is very long and seedingphotos weeds have taken over in places. We are aware of the changes to the maintenance crew, however, this is appalling thar our park is so unkempt. We have proudly cared for it for years. It would now make lush grazing for sheep as one neighbour told me. I couldn't add more
