Trees - General
Reported Saturday, 9 November 2024 at 3:54 pm, 395 Memorial Avenue, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This walnut tree is showing signs of age, with several branches appearing to be brittle and/or rotten. We are concerned that there is a risk of a branch falling and striking a person in the grounds of Avice Hill Reserve or in the driveway next door, which services our property. My parents own 24D Crosdale Place, which shares a boundary with the Reserve.
