The reporter’s words
The shared cycle and walking track is rutted with uplifted asphalt creating tripping hazards for the elderly walking their dogs and the uneven surface creates rutted-bumpy cycle track. The white paint spray has been done twice in the last few years without any progress on repairing the asphalt.
