Cars parking in a cul'de'sac leaving no safe room for city waste management and recycling trucks to safely turn around. It is getting harder and harder for city service trucks to safely do our jobs around this city due to the increasing amiunt of cars parked on the roads. Can a sign please be posted in this cul de sac to advise residents to not park in the turning bay on Rubbish day (Tues)
