The past 2 weeks our green bin along with other neIghbours bins on their sides down our street, counted 4x other bins - sale thing. Our green bin has recently been replaced (the RIM), Certainly not the wind that's blown bins over, happens when truck picks up empties and if put down "properly" this wouldn't happen. Neighbours we spoke to observes, says bins are dropped, whoever drives the truck can see in his revision mirror... We don't want another of our bin damaged again....
