Hi Not sure how to address this. We have a neighbour who likes a natural garden, but this seems to attract rats, of which we have had 2 incidents where they have come across to our property and thankfully our dogs have caught them. My concern is that there seems to be a few, having had 2 already and we aren't near water. I would approach her but she's quite reactive and so wonder if there is something CCC can do offically?
