The reporter’s words

Recently the control valve_buttons were changed at the water station and this is now leaving people unable to stop the rate flow for drink bottles etc as the water runs for so long. There is so much water being wasted. Way back at me at you could pull the button back to speed up the shut off. Why not have at least one button as it used to be..needing to be held in?
