Roading/Streets
Reported Monday, 12 November 2018 at 4:48 pm, Port Hills Rd, Heathcote Valley, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This is the footpath and cycleway at the west end of the path alongside Port Hills Rd under the Tunnel road. The foliage is restricting the ease of passage by cyclists and pedestrians. Is flax the best plant for that position?
