There is a leak in the carpark off Hawke Street. The water is always there and has been for weeks. Even if this is the carpark owner’s responsibility, the council should enforce that they get it fixed so that water isn’t being wasted via a leak or broken pipe or whatever is causing it. There are large puddles of water surrounding this location.
