Reported Wednesday, 14 November 2018 at 11:18 am, Sumner, 8081, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
The access to the young child ladder is completely unusable for small children. Parents often talk about it. It urgently needs a small step added. Would be very simple to do. Please address- it’s so frustrating for them and us as parents.
