Roads - General
Reported Wednesday, 20 November 2024 at 3:39 pm, 179 Kennedys Bush Road, Kennedys Bush, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
New kerbing outside Quarry Park has included what looks like two stormwater access hatches. Both of these hatches protrude from the road surface quite a bit. The contractor has dumped a mound of tar seal around them but this does make much difference if you hit them. Is this how this section is going to be left, as it is an unacceptable and dangerous finish for a new installation for cars, cyclists & pedestrians.
