The reporter’s words
I was driving down Milton street yesterday and sitting behind 3 cars waiting to turn right onto Barrington Street. As there is no green arrow and when you get the green light you have to wait till all the traffic coming towards you goes through the intersection b4 you can turn. I watched 3 cars before me go through a red light. When it came to my turn I realised I couldn’t turn unless I went on a red light. This intersection is now to busy not to have a green arrow for right turning traffic.
