The reporter’s words

I know council is looking into the Papanui Road swale but at this end of the same property there has been barkchip and trees planted in this swale. It is also overgrown with vine. Is this swale being looked into too. The planting appears to be in sync with new neighbour’s planting but that just could be coincidence. There is also an invasive weed vine that is growing up and around the tussocks. Thanks
