The reporter’s words
Highcrest Heights Reserve...bollards have been damaged and the wire ropes between also damaged. Bollards are leaning at all angles as a result of damage. One Bollard by the path has been broken out of it’s base and just sat back in... the boxing of the base is broken. This was mostly damage caused by the graders when overgrown plants were removed by either CCC or Delta. Looks very unsightly. Would be so much appreciated if they could be fixed up. Regards Lyn Bailey
