The reporter’s words

The bicycle activation signal is not working here at the intersection of Lyttelton Street, Frankleigh street, and Sparks Road. This is coming from north towards the south (I have not tested the south north as I don’t come that way using the on road cycle lanes) I have complained about this multiple times and nothing has been done. I have sat at this light for up to five minutes with no light changes (late at night with no cars) and soon as car comes it changes within 5 seconds.
