Please recalibrate the traffic lights at Ilam and Riccarton Roads! Traffic on Ilam Road should not have to sit through two iterations of Green lights for Riccarton Road before receiving their own green light. When a cyclist arrives from either Ilam or Middleton Road they receive precedence and the Ilam Road traffic sits on Red until then next iteration of Green on Ric Road. This one intersection alone routinely makes public transport at least 5 minutes late while waiting to turn onto Ric Road.
