Roading/Streets
Reported Sunday, 18 November 2018 at 2:00 pm, 295, Stanmore Road, Richmond, 8013, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
The horizontal bar of a street light is wobbling where it bends over the street and the light is attached. A seagull landed in it and it wobbled so much the seagull flew away. The light kept wobbling for a minute or so afterwards. None of the other street lights moved this way and I worried it might fall on someone. It was in the park on Stanmore St, opposite the New World.
