The reporter’s words

There are 3 plots of fairly recently planted roadside ‘gardens’ corner or Ilam Road and Tuirau Place that are now very overgrown and weeds overtaking any council planted flowers/ shrubs ( just one photographed) These spaces were put in place when the new cycleways were built. Initially they looked good but now are a real eyesore. Could the correct council department deal promptly to this ?
