The reporter’s words

Hello council person, as I have been reporting due to the below the line maintenance of the Merivale reserve. See the unsanitary items left/ dumped in the corner here as well as an empty glass bottle which would have contained alcohol . Hopefully consideration can be given to attending to this matter. My labrador is very interested and what is contained within the rubbish?? The whole Reserve in general is in need of a very good tidy up. As my previous record of SSS will attest.??
