The reporter’s words

I have on going concerns around this business using the road side as a pickup and set down area for large trucks, today's load being a large tangled pile of metal was being unsecured to be lifted off the side of the truck with zero clearance on the road sure if something were to go over, this is my second report regarding this and I did not hear back last time so please let me know if I'm in the right place or if I should be contacting work safe before a major accident is caused. Thanks
