The reporter’s words
Leak on the road approximately 1-5m from the gutter with water seeping under the road surface where it meets the guttering as well as from the surface of the road itself. This appears to line up with a yellow fire hydrant plate further up the road suggesting the leak is from the main water supply pipes. Directly outside 28, (NOT #27 as shown by pin) Hood Street next door to the New Brighton Bowling Club / RSA Hood Street entrance
