The reporter’s words

There's a large crack and bump caused by an ornamental cherry tree growing in the community garden next to this footpath. There are several wheelchair, mobility scooter and blind people using the footpath and an elderly man suffered a fall there recently. The tree is of no ecological or any other value to the community garden and can be removed if necessary.
